Autoenhance.ai is an AI photo editor built for real estate photographers and photography teams. We help our customers create consistent, listing‑ready images in minutes, reducing editing costs and making it easier to deliver work at scale.

We are expanding the team responsible for creating and reviewing the high‑quality image data used to train and improve our AI.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced real estate photo editor with exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of real estate photography and professional photo editing.

This is not a typical high‑volume production editing role. The standard of precision is significantly higher than what is normally required when delivering real estate photos to a photographer or agent. An image that looks good at first glance may still contain masking errors, misalignments, color inaccuracies, artifacts, or inconsistencies that make it unsuitable for AI training.

Quality and attention to detail are more important than speed. You will be expected to follow detailed technical instructions, compare your work carefully against reference images, verify every required file and layer, and communicate clearly whenever something is unclear.

You will work closely with our quality team to create exceptionally accurate reference edits that reflect the standards of professional real estate photography. You do not need AI or machine learning experience, but you should understand that small editing errors can affect the quality of the data used to train our AI.

What You’ll Do

Create highly accurate reference edits used to train and improve our AI
Edit real estate photos for exposure, white balance, color accuracy, perspective, windows, skies, masking, reflections, and other localized corrections
Compare your work carefully against reference images and follow our standards rather than applying your own preferred editing style
Inspect images for subtle masking errors, misalignments, ghosting, color casts, inconsistent whites, reflections, artifacts, missing corrections, and other problems
Follow exact requirements for layers, filenames, folder structures, and image outputs
Confirm that every required image, layer, and file has been completed and named correctly
Document questions and potential issues clearly when guidance is needed
Apply feedback precisely and ensure every requested correction is completed
Ask questions when instructions, source images, or expected results are unclear
Communicate progress, questions, and potential issues regularly with our team
Understand how your edits will be used as training data and why accuracy and consistency matter

What We’re Looking For

Proven professional experience editing real estate or property photography
Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to quality control
Strong written and spoken English
The ability to describe visual and technical problems clearly
Advanced working knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar professional editing tools
Experience with HDR, flash and ambient blending, color correction, window views, masking, and perspective correction
The ability to follow detailed written instructions exactly and consistently
Comfort working with structured folders, filenames, masks, layers, and reference images
A willingness to ask questions rather than make assumptions
The ability to receive detailed feedback and implement every requested correction
A deep understanding of real estate photography, including natural color, lighting, materials, and how professional property images should look
Strong organization, file management, and remote communication skills
The ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines without compromising quality

AI or machine learning experience is not required. We are looking for exceptional real estate photo editors who can apply their expertise consistently and work to an unusually high standard of accuracy.
