The Role
We are looking for a highly capable Technical Support & Sales Specialist to be the face and voice of Autoenhance during our morning European hours. This is a hybrid role bridging the gap between technical troubleshooting and revenue growth. Your priority will be ensuring our current users receive fast, technical resolutions, while simultaneously driving our growth by leading high‑stakes product demos and fielding inbound enterprise sales inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Customer Support

First‑Class Support: Provide friendly, fast, and effective assistance to our global customer base via email, chat, and video calls.

Technical Investigation: Go beyond standard support. You will use internal tooling, admin panels, and database lookups to thoroughly investigate and resolve complex customer issues.

Knowledge Management: Improve our help center articles and refine user guides to ensure customers can find accurate answers independently.
2. Sales & Onboarding

Product Demos: Lead engaging, comprehensive app demonstration calls to ensure new enterprise users are set up for immediate success and clearly understand platform value.

Inbound Sales: Confidently field inbound sales inquiries and calls, actively nurturing and closing enterprise‑level leads.

Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering technical and commercial insights from your calls to help inform our product roadmap and marketing messaging.
Requirements

Schedule: You are available to work from 08:00 CET to 12:00 CET. Inbound sales and demo calls can be scheduled flexibly outside of these core hours.

Photography Knowledge: You deeply understand our users’ workflows. You are familiar with Real Estate photography concepts (e.g., HDR Bracketing, Perspective Correction, White Balance).

Sales & Demo Experience: You have a proven track record managing inbound sales pipelines, running successful software demonstrations, and converting enterprise‑level leads in a B2B SaaS environment.

Tech‑Savvy: You are comfortable using admin dashboards, investigating technical issues, and escalating well‑documented bugs to the engineering team.

Fluent English: You must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both technical troubleshooting and commercial sales pitches.

Self‑Motivated: You are highly proactive and completely comfortable managing your time in a fully remote setup.
