About Autoenhance

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and data‑driven UI/UX Designer to take ownership of continuously improving the Autoenhance ecosystem. You will be the driving force behind optimizing our user journeys, from the first click on a landing page to long‑term user retention.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Continuous Improvement: Own the end‑to‑end user experience across the Autoenhance website and app.

  • Feature Design: Create intuitive and engaging designs for new product features.

  • Optimize the Funnel: Design and refine user onboarding flows to maximize conversion rates and drive long‑term user retention.

  • Data‑Driven Design: Utilize analytics from our thousands of active users to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.

  • Experimentation: Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate design decisions.

  • User Testing: Conduct regular user testing sessions to gather qualitative feedback and iterate on product features.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing conversion‑focused design.

  • Solid experience designing for SaaS products.

  • Deep understanding of UX research, prototyping, and high‑fidelity UI design.

  • Experience working with large user datasets and analytics tools to inform design decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to a globally distributed team.

  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working fully remotely.
