They process personal data only on our instructions and under contract, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Where a provider is located outside the UK/EEA, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We may update this list from time to time and will reflect changes here.
